Designing in Roosevelt Row meant honoring the neighborhood’s gritty creativity without imposing on it.

Inspired by the area’s industrial roots, the interiors reimagine a transportation depot – reclaimed brick, railroad ties, and exposed concrete form the foundation, layered with a street-art and punk-influenced palette. Eye-catchers include a ceiling-hung bike chandelier, lit signage honoring local Hispanic culture, a collage of band posters, and a vibrant mural leading from the parking lot. Amid the playful pulse, quieter corners provide refuge in this layered environment – rooted in history yet alive with energy, mirroring the diversity and spirit of downtown Phoenix.
